Dr. Yang is an assistant professor in the Computer Science Department at the University of Illinois, Springfield.
His research focuses on the joint areas in between cybersecurity and machine learning, e.g., implicit authentication, mobile computing, and malicious application detection. Maintaining a strong relevance to user authentication, he conducts research that spans the subjects of natural language processing, signal processing, big data analysis, and application security.
Currently, I am looking for volunteers to join my research project. In this project, participants will carry a smartphone provided by our school for one to three months (at least one month). Participants will use the application for at least two hours per day. If you want to join the project, please let me know by sending me an email.
